ZaminX – Real Assets, Real Yield

Real Assets. Real Yield. Borderless Participation.

ZaminX is a blockchain-powered platform democratizing ownership and investment in productive real-world assets through secure tokenization, transparent smart contracts, and multi-layered returns for all investors.

Final Whitepaper – Phase 1

Executive Summary

ZaminX introduces an innovative path to tokenizing productive physical assets—primarily commercial and industrial farmlands—enabling fractional ownership, improved liquidity, and transparent on-chain income streams. All processes are executed via immutable smart contracts and recorded on the blockchain.

Motto: “Real Land, Real Profit.” ZaminX focuses on digital ownership, layered yields, and direct participation—without borders.

Core Principles

  • Transparent, on-chain governance and reporting
  • Legal and operational validation of each project
  • Fractional investment access for all capital levels
  • Scalable infrastructure across multiple blockchains
All allocations and profit distributions are on-chain, non-editable, and visible in the DApp dashboard.

Underlying Asset – Phase 1

Initial assets in Phase 1 are selected from productive commercial/industrial farmlands, subject to comprehensive legal and operational validation. Specific ownership details and precise locations are kept private and available only to approved investors via formal smart-contract documentation.

Selection is driven by operational feasibility and sustainable profitability.

Tokenization & Valuation

  • Primary token: ZX (TRC‑20 on Tron) representing fractional shares of the underlying productive asset.
  • Supply and segmentation are defined by formal valuation of Net Asset Value (NAV).
  • Pricing and offering reflect NAV and target market conditions, not simplistic per‑sqm metrics.
  • Extensible infrastructure to support future multi‑chain deployments.

Five-Layer Yield Model

  1. Capital Appreciation: Value growth from inflation and revaluation of the base asset.
  2. Annual Operating Profit: At least 70% of net operating profit distributed to holders each year.
  3. Transaction Fee Sharing: Allocation of a portion of token transaction fees to holders.
  4. Token Burn & Priority Access: Potential supply reductions and priority rights for new project offerings.
  5. DApp Benefits & Governance: Voting, service discounts, and staking rewards funded by fees.
Detailed annual profit allocation tables are published and recorded on-chain per project.

Profit Allocation & Ecosystem

Stakeholder Group Operating Profit Share Notes
ZX Token Holders 70% Annual net operating profit, capital appreciation, fee-sharing, and ecosystem benefits
Project Development Fund 20% Reinvestment for next phases, liquidity support, infrastructure financing
Founder Governance Unit 10% Ecosystem advisory, management, and operational quality assurance
Legal/tech support is embedded. All distributions are transparent and locked via smart contracts and DApp records. Deposits or collateral mechanisms apply only to land operators—not token holders. All invested capital fuels asset growth and ecosystem development.

Governance & Transparency

  • All financial processes, allocations, and distributions are recorded on-chain and published in the DApp.
  • Investors receive governance rights through the web/app ecosystem; governance is powered by the ZX token.
  • Annual disclosures include project-level profit shares, payout timing and rates, staking amounts, and holder rewards.

Validation & Team

The ZaminX team comprises specialists across blockchain, finance, commercial operations, industrial/agro sectors, and legal. Each project undergoes stringent legal and operational review by an internal committee and independent advisors before entering the ecosystem.

Roadmap

Phase Key Objective Approx. Timeline
Phase 1 Launch pilot, test yield model, and initial ZX offering 2–6 months
Phase 2 Tokenize new projects (agro/industrial/commercial) + launch management dashboard & API 6–12 months
Phase 3 Ecosystem maturity: new asset classes, secondary market, full governance 12+ months

Operational Path to Execution

  1. Form the initial execution team
  2. Define roles: smart contract devs, legal, finance
  3. Issue NDAs for key advisors and developers
  4. Select target blockchain for smart contracts (TRC‑20 on Tron, or evaluate Polygon migration)
  5. Prepare testnet environment and register project address
  6. Draft initial smart contract schema and technical specs (variables and token economics)
  7. Develop or obtain a pilot template for review and testing
  8. Start legal entity registration for the project
  9. Engage law firms for consultation on corporate form (joint‑stock or cooperative)
  10. Legal advisory for property ownership and smart‑contract linkage
  11. Define test scenarios for yield, fees, voting, and token burn
  12. Document technical and legal processes to align all teams

Fees & Network Costs

Transaction fees referenced in ecosystem models (including SBXT transfer fee scenarios on TON) are distinct from the network’s validator gas fees. Users must pay the standard blockchain network fee in addition to any in‑contract transfer fee defined by the token or DApp.

Clarification: For example, a 0.03 TON transfer fee in a token contract would be separate from the network gas fee paid to validators.

Disclosures

  • Project details are bound by formal smart contracts; sensitive data is shared only with approved investors.
  • All economic models are subject to market conditions and regulatory compliance.
  • On-chain records prevail in case of discrepancies—immutability ensures transparency.
